Talent Resource Groups

A Talent Resource Group (TRG) by definition, is a "group formed around a shared interest or common goal." For us at Barnes & Thornburg, they serve as yet another way for us to care for our most valuable asset – our talent – and to deliberately cultivate a work environment that is diverse, aware, authentically inclusive, and empowering for all. Further, investing in this core value benefits our talent, our clients and the communities we serve. We currently have seven active TRGs: BTAPA, BTBlack, BTLatinx, BTMENA, BTParents, BTPride, and BTWomen.
