Having spent more than 25 years working in-house as an attorney at Wells Fargo & Company, Tom knows, from first-hand experience, the often difficult terrain and shifting economic conditions with which the financial services industry is faced. He remains committed to providing the skills and insight that experience brings in the areas of regulatory, compliance, lending and finance matters in both the consumer and commercial areas.
In consumer matters, Tom advises on legal and regulatory compliance matters pertaining to default servicing across consumer lines of business. This includes analyzing and managing legal risk issues in collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure, replevin, and secured and unsecured claims. In commercial matters, Tom works with the lending divisions of financial institutions and mortgage, trust, equipment finance and insurance companies and other creditors on commercial restructuring, workout and bankruptcy matters.
