Over the course of her career, she has been involved in taking and defending over 150 fact and expert witness depositions, preparing and arguing pretrial and trial motions, and preparing experts from a wide variety of backgrounds for trial testimony. Gabrielle has also worked closely with lead trial counsel on direct and cross examinations.
With experience defending client is an array of industries, Gabrielle has focused on developing effective practical litigation strategies that parallel her client’s commercial objectives. She is at her best when faced with the challenge of defending clients involved in even the most complicated and serious MDLs and lawsuits.
