競争の激しいビジネスで優位性を保つため、才能ある外国人の雇用が不可欠となった今日、その必要性を理解し、現実的なアドバイスを提供できる移民法弁護士として、金融、銀行、教育、交通、医療など、様々な業界の大小企業クライアントに、PERMによる永住権、H-1B、O-1、E-2、R-1、E-3ビザ等の就労ビザなど、移民法に関する法務サービスを提供している。
また、米国国家安全保障省によって雇用者に義務付けられているI-9の管理、ソーシャルセキュリティ事務局からのNo-Matchレター、H-1Bビザ就労者の労働時間・賃金に関する労働省の監査等に関するアドバイスを提供している。
また投資家、科学者、研究者、アーティストなどの個人、及びファミリーベースの移民、市民権取得、また、国外退去命令を出された個人、Uビザ申請、連邦裁判所での訴訟などの法務サービスを提供している。
National Immigrant Justice Center、Chicago Volunteer Legal Servicesを通じ、プロボノ活動も行っている。
バーンズ＆ソーンバーグ入所以前にはシカゴの移民法律事務所、及び労働雇用、教育法を専門とする法律事務所に在籍経験を持つ。ロースクール在校時は、ワシントンD.C.で米国保健福祉省法律顧問の法務書記を務めた。
