Nathan Baker of the Indianapolis office was quoted in a SHRM article entitled "Address Offensive Attire with Dress Code, Nondiscrimination Policy." In the article, Nathan says "employers should be careful not to word dress policies in a way that conflicts with the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)."
