2014 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting

Nearly 3000 people gathered in New Orleans from Oct. 28-31 for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting. Attending from the firm were: Felicia Boyd and Tina Syring of the Minneapolis office, Bill Nolan of the Columbus office, Mark Durbin of the Chicago office and Ken Yerkes, Ann Grayson, Deborah Pollack-Milgate, David Borst, Gretchen Fox and Deb Hallberg of the Indianapolis office. The firm sponsored a session entitled, "Names, Games and Gadgets: How to Protect Your IP Assets at Home and Abroad," which was presented as a game of Jeopardy that drew a standing-room only crowd. The session topic was submitted by Felicia, who moderated the presentation featuring speakers Victoria Harvey, Attorney, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.; Mollybeth Kocialski, Senior Patent Counsel, Oracle; and Toni Hickey, Assistant General Counsel & Chief IP Counsel for Transactions & Strategy, Cummins Inc.
