Attorney Presentation - "What's Left Under Section 101 After Ariosa en Banc Denial?"

On Feb. 24, Alice Martin of the Chicago office presented a webinar for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) entitled, "What's Left Under Section 101 After Ariosa en Banc Denial?" Alice was joined by June Cohan from the USPTO and Carla Mouta of Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner, LLP. They discussed the USPTO's position on this question, as well as debated the consequences and hopes for patentable subject matter created by the decision and the denial for rehearing en banc.
