Connie Lahn of the Minneapolis office was a panelist for the Turnaround Management Association’s event entitled “Effects of the Jevic Supreme Court Decision in Bankruptcy… and Beyond!” on Oct. 12 in Minneapolis. The panel discussed how Jevic will potentially change the analysis of whether bankruptcy is the right remedy or whether a different approach may be required.
