Attorney Presentation - "Deep Dive Into Joint Employer, Independent Contractor, and Bargaining Unit Composition Issues"
Bill Nolan of the Columbus spoke on Dec. 8 at the Ohio State Bar Association's day-long National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) update. The speaker lineup included the chairman and the general counsel of the NLRB, as well as two NLRB regional directors. Bill was part of the panel entitled "Deep Dive Into Joint Employer, Independent Contractor, and Bargaining Unit Composition Issues."
