The firm sponsored and our attorneys were featured speakers or moderators during the ACC Foundation Cybersecurity Summit on Feb. 6 at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. During the one-day event, Jason Bernstein of the Atlanta office moderated the lunch plenary, “GC Panel: Lessons Learned from the Top,” which featured Angeline Chen of Siemens Government Technologies, Inc.; Angelique Strong Marks of Mahle Industries; and Michael Taxay of LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. (formerly with the FBI). Brian McGinnis of the Indianapolis office moderated the closing plenary, “Interactive Session/Mock Breach Table-Top Exercise,” at which Scott Godes of the Washington, D.C., office was a panelist along with David Cox of Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.; Mara Zusman of Hilton; and Abigail Kortz of HMS Host.
