A results-driven problem solver, Noah Katsell focuses his practice on representing clients in complex commercial and corporate and securities litigation. Working alongside his clients as a business partner, Noah develops a deep understanding of their core values to strive for success in dynamic and complicated situations.

Noah’s practice also includes representing clients in class actions, trade secret claims, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions, with a particular emphasis on the medical device and technology industries.

He has represented public and private companies, boards of directors and their committees, and individual directors and officers.
