Vince has represented issuers on high-yield, investment-grade and convertible notes offerings, including related call spread derivative transactions. He has represented borrowers in large corporate financings, including secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loan facilities, acquisition financings and other specialized financings.
Notably, Vince has advised agent banks and lenders in credit facilities for companies in a variety of industries. He has also advised end-users on interest rate swaps and related ISDA documentation.
In the fast-paced world of capital raising and transactions, Vince is valued for his knowledge, judgment and innovative approach to deal-making. He is well-versed in drafting and negotiating loan documents, drafting company disclosures, and managing deal teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Vince was a partner at a Nashville-based firm.
