Jerimi serves as bond and borrower’s counsel for healthcare, governmental and other nonprofit clients. He also routinely serves as underwriter’s counsel and/or lender’s counsel in financing transactions. Jerimi has served as counsel in financing transactions across the country and has closed billions of dollars of transactions in more than 20 states.
In the public arena, Jerimi serves as bond counsel to state agencies, cities, towns, counties and other governmental units in connection with the financing of capital projects. He has significant experience in public-private partnership (P3) transactions, especially those involving healthcare or nonprofit participants.
In the private markets, Jerimi represents for-profit real estate developers in transactions that include public or economic development components.
