Diana is an experienced paralegal and administrator, and serves as the office manager. With more than 25 years of patent administration experience and a well-earned understanding of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution procedures, Diana focuses on supporting client teams and assisting with domestic and international patent prosecution. She is proficient in legal research and in the navigation of international patent websites.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana worked as a patent paralegal and docketing specialist for a variety of regional law practices. She was responsible for U.S. and foreign patent docketing for multiple offices and involved in international filings, including preparing and filing PCT applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, instructing foreign agents for new filings through to completion of formalities, and corresponding with foreign agents and clients as needed.
Diana was also involved in the oversight of quarterly annuities payments through third-party services, and assisted with office and personnel management, proposal development, and updating and maintaining firm data.
