Insurance Coverage for Punitive Damages, The Brief, Fall 2014, Vol. 44, No. 1, at 19

Christopher H. Yetka, a partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg, authored an article that was featured in the Fall 2014 issue of The Brief, a publication of the American Bar Association. Specifically, the choice of law analysis that is applied by a state could make a difference on whether a court will allow or deny coverage for what can be very significant damages.
