Rosemond shares how our firm and our people strive to have “20/20” vision regarding our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We understand that diversity does not connote inclusion and that neither manifests by happenstance. To experience the change desired for our firm and beyond, and to ensure that this truly is a place where all of our talent can win, we must deliberately go after it day in and day out.
