ATLANTA – For the fourth consecutive year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Barnes & Thornburg one of Atlanta’s “Best Places to Work.”
The annual ranking of 100 metro area companies highlights employers who maintain a thriving culture and go above and beyond to keep their workforce engaged.
With nearly 90 attorneys and business professionals in its Atlanta office, Barnes & Thornburg ranked eighth in the medium-sized employer category. This year’s results highlight Barnes & Thornburg’s employee satisfaction with several workplace factors that impact employee engagement, including recognition, value and inclusion.

Every year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Quantum Workplace issue surveys to the employees of participating companies to gather data on overall employee satisfaction and engagement. The companies are then evaluated and ranked across four categories according to the number of Atlanta-based employees they have. Those categories include the top 10 among extra-large employers (500+ employees), the top 25 among large employers (100-499 employees), the top 25 among medium-sized employers (50-99 employees), and the top 40 among small employers (10-49 employees).
“Best Places to Work” recipients were honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle at its annual Healthiest Employers and Best Places to Work Reception on August 31, 2023.
