Corporate Attorney Jeremy Reidy Joins Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Fort Wayne Office

FORT WAYNE – Veteran attorney Jeremy L. Reidy has joined Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Fort Wayne office as a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Reidy, who previously practiced with the Fort Wayne offices of Frost Brown Todd LLP and Beckman Lawson, LLP, counsels business owner clients on a number of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, financial and real estate transactions, tax planning, business succession planning, intellectual property and corporate and partnership taxation.

In addition to this client work, Reidy successfully formed and operated two business enterprises. His entrepreneurial experience has directly assisted him in his representation of clients.

Reidy is deeply involved in the Fort Wayne community. He serves as president of the board of directors of The Literacy Alliance, Inc. and secretary of the Redeemer Radio board of directors. In addition, he serves as a member of the Allen County Purdue Extension Board. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne and serves in volunteer positions at the Small Business Development Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic.

Reidy received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he also served as Executive Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University-Fort Wayne.

He is admitted to practice in Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Allen County Bar Association, American Bar Association (ABA) and serves on several ABA committees, including the business law, taxation section and mergers and acquisitions committees.
