CHICAGO – Barnes & Thornburg attorneys advised CECO Environmental Corp. in its recent $210 million acquisition of Met-Pro Corporation. The transaction, which closed this summer, further solidifies CECO Environmental as a global leader in air pollution control systems, product recovery and filtration technology.
As part of the deal, CECO, a public company listed on the NASDAQ global market, obtained a syndicated loan facility from Bank of America for $155 million.
