Chris Yetka of the Minneapolis office spoke twice at the American Bar Association’s 27th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. On Feb. 21, Chris led a lunch seminar, “Representations by Insurance Agents: Are They Binding on the Carrier?" On Feb. 23, he moderated a plenary panel, "Cyber & Network Interruption vs. Business Interruption Coverage Overlaps and Gaps," along with other practitioners, including in-house representatives from Aon and Beazley.
