Product Liability Seminar for the Indiana Continuing Education Forum (ICLEF)

Dean Barnhard of the Indianapolis office chaired the Product Liability Seminar for the Indiana Continuing Education Forum (ICLEF) on Feb. 25. Dean's co-presenters were Joseph R. Alberts, senior counsel, The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences LLC, and Barnes & Thornburg alumnus Matthew S. Winings, corporate counsel-global litigation, Cummins Inc. The seminar was well-attended in Indianapolis, simultaneously webcast in five other Indiana locations and made available for individual webcasts.
