Navigating the Disability Bermuda Triangle

Join us for a discussion of how to manage through difficult and challenging disability, leave and work injury issues. Attendees will learn how to navigate the intersection of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and workers’ compensation laws.

The presentation will identify when each statute applies, using common physical and psychologically based absences to highlight the various issues that can arise. This seminar will provide helpful tips for spotting potential issues and practical pointers for how to comply with the ADA, FMLA and worker’s compensation laws.

Lunch will be provided
