Intellectual Property Boot Camp Webinar

On Feb. 12, Jordan Weinstein of the Washington, D.C., office conducted an "Intellectual Property Boot Camp" webinar for member companies of the Footwear Retailers and Distributors of America (FDRA), a client of David Spooner of the Washington, D.C., office. The webinar covered the basics of IP protection for footwear, the limits of IP protection for the industry, and current hot IP legal issues. FDRA member companies include Nike, Foot Locker, Steve Madden, Under Armour, Zappos and others.
