Brian McGinnis represented the firm in Bremen, Germany, at an event on GDPR updates and IT security, hosted by one of our partner organizations in Germany. Brian presented an overview of the U.S. Privacy Law, the California Consumer Privacy Act and an outlook on the future of U.S. Privacy Law, and discussed data protection pitfalls for European companies in the U.S.
