Attorney Presentation - ""Pay Equity and the Newly Revised EEO-1 Report"

Janilyn Daub of the South Bend/Elkhart office presented a break-out session at the annual conference of the Michiana Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on Oct. 13. Janilyn spoke to a packed room on pay equity and the newly revised EEO-1 report that will require employers to annually report employee pay data to the federal government. Janilyn also served as a panelist at the conference's general session, addressing employment law issues.
