Attorney Presentation - International Trademark Association (INTA) Symposium

On Sept. 22, Felicia Boyd of the Minneapolis office presented at an International Trademark Association (INTA) symposium on the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms for intellectual property cases at the Lagos Court of Arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria. Felicia first presented on the initiatives for the use of mediation and arbitration in contested patent and trademark proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In a second presentation, Felicia provided a review of ADR in the U.S. whether court-ordered or required by contract and practice points for successful arbitration and mediation. Photo
