Attorney Presentation - Association of Destination Management Executives International Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program

Scott Godes and David Frazee of the Washington, D.C., office joined Barbara Dunn O'Neal of the Chicago office in presenting educational sessions at the Association of Destination Management Executives International Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program held in Washington, D.C., on July 18-19. David and Barbara focused on contract liability and risk management issues, while Scott focused on insurance coverage and the claims process. Following the success of the presentations, the team has been asked to present at this program in additional locations this year.
