Charlie Denton and Rich Glaze will each participate in panel discussions at the 2024 Georgia Brownfield Association (GBA) Brownfield Seminar in Atlanta.

Charlie will present as part of a panel discussion, “Perspectives on Vapor Intrusion Issues Related to TCE Exposure & Update on Toxic Tort Litigation,” alongside Kevin Koporec, a toxicologist at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Tom Wurzinger, an environmental engineer at Geosyntec Consultants.

Rich will moderate “Stakeholder Concerns and Environmental Justice with Brownfield Redevelopment” with panelists Sheryl Good, an environmental scientist at the EPA, Region 4, and Rebecca Davis, a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, and “Tale of Two NPUS + Chattahoochee Brick Company” with L.A. Williams of Bellwood Homes and Marjorie Hall of Newfields.

The 2024 GBA Brownfield Seminar will be available virtually and in person at the Georgia State University Knowles Law Center. Attendees will benefit from quality education opportunities with a wide range of participants, including leading development, legal, engineering, risk management, and economic development professionals, among others, throughout Georgia and beyond with a shared interest in cleaning up and redeveloping contaminated properties and revitalizing surrounding areas around the state.
