2023 Year in Review: Hot Topics, Developments and Emerging Issues

Mike Zogby, co-chair of Barnes & Thornburg’s Trial and Global Disputes practice group and partner-in-charge of the New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, will moderate a panel discussion at the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) 2024 Spring Conference at the Conrad Nashville.

Mike is a member of the PLAC board of directors and amicus case selection committee. The panel, “Amicus Program – 2023 Year in Review: Hot Topics, Developments and Emerging Issues,” will discuss emerging risks and legal challenges facing the current product liability litigation and regulatory landscape. Various professionals, including Paul Alarcón of Bowman & Brooke LLP; L. Michael Brooks, Jr. of Wells, Anderson & Race, LLC; David R. Geiger of Foley Hoag LLP; Jonathan M. Hoffman of MB Law Group LLP; and Wendy F. Lumish of Bowman & Brooke LLP, will serve on the panel, allowing for a variety of perspectives and a well-rounded discussion.
