U.S. Export Controls on Dual-Use Goods: Primer and Hot Topics

The International Trade Practice Group has partnered with Federal Publications Seminars to put on a two-part webinar series, “U.S. Export Controls on Dual-Use Goods: Primer and Hot Topics.” David Spooner, Nick Galbraith and Kristen Krishnamurthy presented the first part, “Primer on Dual-Use Export Controls,” to over 50 attendees. The webinar aimed to increase the ability to recognize Export Administration Regulations (EAR)-controlled products and technology, recognize various potential licensing trigger points, and determine whether the export requires a license.
