Erik Rickard spoke at the Novogradac 2023 Fall New Markets Tax Credit Conference at the Four Seasons in New Orleans on the panel “NMTC and Housing: A Curious Marriage.” Erik and his fellow panelists discussed the ability to combine new markets tax credit with both rental and for-sale housing, as well as the technical and practical challenges of doing so.
