2023 Health Care Association of Michigan’s Annual Convention and Expo

Grant Pecor presented at the 2023 Health Care Association of Michigan’s Annual Convention and Expo at the DeVos Place Convention Center in Grand Rapids. His session, “Labor and Employment Update,” focused on discussions of democratic majorities at the state and federal level in 2023 and the litany of changes to the labor and employment laws governing the employees of facilities across the state. He provided an update on the areas of labor and employment law most likely to impact facilities going forward, and discussions of strategies to minimize potential liability and disruptions to operations.
