- Represented over a dozen companies and associations in the U.S. Trade Representative’s (USTR) Section 301 investigations.
- Designated to assist Roscoe Howard, the Special Compliance Coordinator (SCC) appointed by the Commerce Department, in monitoring the U.S. export control compliance of the Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
