Attorney Presentation - "Drafting and Negotiating the Partnership Agreement"

Holly Heer of the Columbus office presented on a panel at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law's Fall Boot Camp on Oct. 6-7 in Cleveland. Holly's panel, "Drafting and Negotiating the Partnership Agreement," discussed basic drafting and negotiation points on partnership agreements in Low Income Housing Tax Credit deals. Joe Perruzzi of the Columbus office also attended the Boot Camp.
