Attorney Presentation - "The Social Justice Warrior: Coming to a City Council Near You"

Kevin McDermott of the Columbus office was a presenter at the annual meeting of the Associated General Contractors of Ohio on March 19. There were approximately 50 owners and executives in the construction industry present at the meeting. The presentation, "The Social Justice Warrior: Coming to a City Council Near You," focused on recent developments at the local government level, including responsible bidder requirements, residency requirements, racial preferences and right to work legislation, and their impact on the competitive bidding process in the construction industry.
