National Labor Relations Board Update

On Oct. 23, John Kuenstler of the Chicago office presented "National Labor Relations Board Update" during the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives Human Resources Conference. John discussed recent developments in the union election process and why employers should review their employee handbooks and policies to make sure they are in compliance with recent rulings issued by the National Labor Relations Board. John also participated in a roundtable discussion of upcoming regulations on overtime rules and other human resources topics.
