Julia Gard has been selected to participate in the 2004-2005 Executive Women's Leadership Program of the United Way of Central Indiana. As a participant in this program, she has been identified as an individual who possesses leadership skills and can positively affect change in our community. As part of Class XIV, Julia will be informed and empowered to be a leader in philanthropy, in nonprofit organizations, in business, and other community organizations. As a participant, she will have the opportunity to explore future trends, community responsibilities, leadership styles, women in philanthropy, and techniques for positioning women in the forefront of community change.
