On May 17, Mark Kittaka, partner and the administrator of the Labor and Employment Law Department in Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Fort Wayne, Indiana, office, will be a guest presenter at the Greater Fort Wayne Business Leadership Network's May informational session. Mark's presentation will focus on two areas: "Hiring With Confidence While Complying With the ADA: What Can I Ask? What Can't I Ask?", and "How Will the EEOC's New Final Regulations on the ADA Amendments Act Expand the Definition of a 'Disability?'"
