With experienced creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorneys in all of the firm’s offices, we assist many clients in commercial, financing and other transactions on a regional or national basis, and regularly appear in significant Chapter 11 cases and other insolvency proceedings throughout the country. As a reflection of the broad scope of our work, the Department’s members often collaborate on assignments with attorneys who concentrate their practices in corporate, litigation, intellectual property, real estate, tax and other fields. The Department includes many attorneys who are leaders in organizations focused on finance, insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and authors and speakers for publications and programs sponsored by a variety of professional and industry associations.
