On October 6, 2011, Dave Gillay presented at the 2011 Greater Elkhart Chamber Environmental and Safety Conference. Mr. Gillay's presentation included an update on the Indiana Department of Environmental Management's (IDEM) proposed and pending changes to its guidance for investigation, cleaning up, and closing contaminated properties under all of its remediation programs.
